  I think a lot of women like the idea of canned music, the machines in a circle and the idea of a 30 minute work out.
  I would like a place that also offered work at your own pace, jacuzzi, indoor heated pool, no impact machines for people with spinal or other problems. I also can't drive because of my vision so am very limited in when I can go. They do accept silver sneakers. Staff is friendly and upbeat.
